Dear Mr. Castellano:

The purpose of this letter is to thank you and your organization for the excellent job that your crews did on our personal residence. Prior to signing the proposal, we had looked at a number of products to revitalize the aged cement tile roof (25 years old) on our home.

After completion of the roof, we sat down with your local production manager, Joe Milazzo and reached agreement to use your product on our exterior masonry walls. Again, we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of patching, caulking and preparation that your crew did before any material was applied.

The performance of your product exceeded our expectations and this was before our area experienced 3 devastating hurricanes within a 2 month period. We had absolutely no moisture intrusion in our home, either through the tile roof or the exterior walls. We attribute this solely to your architectural coating which was used in these areas and the manner in which it was applied. The winds from Hurricane Charlie ripped apart much of our pool screen enclosure. The wind driven rains from Frances hit the walls of our home at an almost horizontal angle and the 18 hours of Hurricane Jeanne took down the rest of our pool screen enclosure while pelting our roof and exterior walls with more sustained wind driven rain... I make this reference only to point out the extreme conditions under which your product was exposed.

Now retired, I was a builder/ developer in Central Florida for over 40 years. I am a past president of both the HBA of Metro Orlando and the Florida HBA and currently serve on the Exceutive Committee of the National Association of Home Builders.

Please feel free to use us as a reference with any of your potential customers. We will be glad to discuss the pleasant experience we had with your courteous and professional crews and the performance of your product. After the hurricances, Joe stopped by to see how our home held up. His offer to patch the areas left exposed where the pool screen enclosure had been attached was consistent with the quality service we have experienced with your company.
