Dear Mr. Castellano:

After seeing your company, Wallcoat complete several exterior painting jobs in my neighborhood, I was convinced that hiring your company to coat my home would be the right choice.

After speaking with you, I had a good sense of who you are and what your work ethic would be and I was satisfied with both. You priced the job fairly, but above all your workmen were not only very good at their jobs, but refreshingly polite, courteous and obliging. The surrounding area of my home was left tidy each day and swept clean when the job was completed.

The nature of your product was a very important selling point as was your guarantee to return at any time if repairs were necessary. Knowing I will not have to paint again for 15 or 20 years was another strong incentive to use your product.

I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of my friends, relatives or neighbors. And this, I must tell you, is something I have not seen fit to do in many, many years.
